Todd Williams - Owner and Operating Partner
Todd will
head up overall operations of the business. Williams will be responsible for menu
development, financials, profit/loss statement, marketing and promotions. After
attending New Mexico State University, Todd moved on to hold several managing positions
with national companies. Williams successfully opened and operated 8 restaurant/bar
concepts, from the ground up. He also held the General Manager position for the
Hard Rock Café in Phoenix, for over 3 years. Williams help orchestrate private functions
of up to $75,000 for a single night, star studded charity events, a new offsite
catering division, and destination management partnerships. Barrett Jackson, Herberger
Follies, Backstage at Cricket Pavilion and elegant weddings of up to 400 people,
to name a few catering credits under his belt. In August of 2002, Todd took over
as Director of Marketing for Club VIP, setting up numerous programs with sports
teams, concert venues, and resorts to build the multi-faceted entertainment company.
The main focus of these partnerships was to develop a one stop shop for resorts
and destination management companies. Todd has over 15 years of experience in food
and beverage operations as well as catering, event management, promotions, and marketing.
