  • Buffet Continental Breakfast – Variety of Pastries, Fruits, Coffee and Juices.
  • Early Bird – Fresh Fruit, Bagels with Cream Cheese, Assorted Juices and Coffee.
  • Bagels & Cream Cheese – Fresh Assortment of Both Sweet & Savory Bagels Served With Cream Cheese.
  • Good Morning – A bowl of mixed Fruit and orange juice.
  • Fork Special – Scrambled eggs with cheese, breakfast potatoes, sausage, fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, cream Cheese, butter, assorted Juices and coffee.

Lunch Buffet

  • Pasta Bar – Penne pasta, Fettuccini with marinara and Alfredo sauces. Served with parmesan cheese, mixed green salad, fresh homemade bread with garlic butter and fresh steamed vegetables.
  • Taco Bar – Soft steamed and hard shell tortillas. Served with seasoned taco meat, refried beans, sour cream, guacamole, onions, cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa, Spanish rice and tortilla chips.
  • Salad Bar – Build your own Cobb, chef, chicken or grilled teriyaki chicken salad, fresh sliced fruit, homemade bread and dressings.
  • Fajita Bar – Beef or Chicken strips, green and red peppers, onions, steamed flour tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese, tomatoes, Spanish rice, refried beans and tortilla chips.
  • Nacho Bar – Tortilla chips, nacho cheese, refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, slice jalapeno peppers.
  • Mexican Buffet – Served with warm tortillas, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
  • Pork Carnitas – shredded pork grilled with onions
  • Cheese Enchiladas with red sauce – add chicken for an additional $1.00 pp

Mixed greens with carrot shavings, cherry tomatoes, sprouts and sesame seeds
served with a balsamic vinaigrette and bread and butter on table.

Buffet service to include:

  • Carving Station with roast beef or Carving Station with baked honey ham
  • Chicken Piccata – Oven baked in spicy lemon sauce with capers or Shrimp Alfredo Linguini – Medium shrimp sautéed in garlic and butter, tossed with broccoli and red bell peppers in a creamy alfredo sauce over linguini pasta.
  • Seasoned New Potatoes – Doused with olive oil, rosemary, dill and garlic, then baked golden brown or Rice Pilaf.
  • Vegetables – Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, steamed with a hint of sea salt and olive oil or Green bean almandine.

Assorted breads with whipped honey butter.

Surf and Turf

Plated salad service at table for salad only.
Romaine hearts with asparagus tips, mushrooms, and blue cheese crumbles
served with a honey Dijon vinaigrette, bread and butter on table.

Buffet service to include:

  • 5oz. Beef Filet or 5oz. Pork Tenderloin
  • 3oz. Alaskan Salmon filet – Grilled with lemon butter, rosemary, and garlic salt or 3oz. Orange Roughy filet – Baked with citrus butter, oregano and sea salt.
  • Seasoned New Potatoes – Doused with olive oil, rosemary, dill and garlic, then baked golden brown or Mushroom wild rice.
  • Vegetables – Broccoli crowns, steamed with sea salt and olive oil or Red and green bells, onion and carrots sautéed’ in olive oil and garlic.

Ultimate Buffet

  • Chicken Marsala – Oven baked in a red wine, mushroom brown gravy sauce.
  • Shrimp Alfredo Linguini – Medium shrimp sautéed in garlic and butter, tossed with broccoli and red bell peppers in a creamy alfredo sauce over linguini pasta.
  • Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Rice Pilaf.
  • Vegetables – Broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, steamed with a hint of sea salt and olive oil and Green bean almandine.

Dessert
