Infight Assorted Entrée Salads

Classic Caesar– romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, croutons. Add choice of protein: Chicken breast, salmon, steak

Caprese– Fresh Tomatoes, Buffalo mozzarella, basil with a balsamic reduction dressing.

Cobb– Chicken breast, Tomatoes, Diced bacon, Blues cheese crumbles.

Spinach and Goat cheese– Spinach, Chevre goat cheese, dried cranberries with a balsamic vinaigrette. Add choice of protein: Chicken breast, salmon, steak.

Wedge Salad– Wedge of crisp iceberg lettuce, cherry tomatoes, diced bacon, blue cheese crumbles. Served with your choice of dressing.
